Companies can view candidates' previous experiences through the rating system and video resume. Employees can access company ratings when agreeing to be contacted, allowing them to choose the best options.

How does it work? The app has two profiles:
Employee profile: Download the WorkOn app, input your preferences, skills, record your video resume, and go live. This way, you will be visible on the map of applicants so that companies can contact you when they need to fill a position matching your experience.
